About PACC
People’s Animal Care and Control (PACC) is a 501c3 nonprofit foster-based animal rescue specializing in rehabilitating and rehoming animals (of all sorts). In our care, they are vetted and placed in homes that best fit each animal’s (and adopter’s) personality. There are so many ways to help us help them! We are small but mighty, and always looking for new members of our PACC!

We cannot keep our doors open without donations – large AND small! Adoption fees cover some of the costs of medical care, food, toys, leashes, etc. The rest of our funding is provided by your generous donations and our own income.
